Command Prompt opens a Windows command prompt or MS-DOS prompt window showing the current folder in the prompt.

Right-click any single file or folder, or a blank space in the window or dialog, and click the Command Prompt item on the ShellToys menu. The prompt window will open with the selected folder in the prompt (or, if you clicked a file or the window background, the current folder).
